TypeDuck is operated by TQDM Inc. These terms govern your access to the TypeDuck web app, connectors, agent tools, and related services.
1. Service description
- TypeDuck provides a company memory and agent workspace for organizing conversations, files, connector resources, decisions, and operational context.
- The service may connect to external tools such as Google Drive, Telegram, Linear, and other services you authorize.
- The service is provided as-is and may change as the product evolves.

3. Accounts and authentication
- You are responsible for securing your email inbox, Google account, devices, and any sessions used to access TypeDuck.
- You may not share credentials, API keys, or connector authorizations with unauthorized users.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service, violate these terms, or create security risk.
4. Connectors and third-party services
- When you authorize a connector, you permit TypeDuck to access the third-party account or resources within the scopes and permissions shown during setup.
- You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to connect the selected workspace, folder, channel, or account.
- Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and policies.
- You can revoke connector access from TypeDuck settings or from the third-party provider where supported.
5. Acceptable use
- You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access other users' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.
- You may not use TypeDuck to process data you are not authorized to access or disclose.
- Automated access is permitted only through approved product surfaces and issued credentials.
6. Data and outputs
- You retain responsibility for the data, files, messages, and connector resources you submit or authorize.
- Agent-generated summaries, answers, drafts, and file outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before use.
- Where a connector allows writes, TypeDuck writes only according to the permissions and product controls configured for that connector.
7. Warranty and availability
- No guarantee is given for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or continuous availability of the service.
- Maintenance, outages, connector provider changes, or network issues may temporarily affect availability.
- TypeDuck is operational tooling and does not replace professional legal, compliance, financial, or security advice.
8. Liability
- We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, and for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
- For minor negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to typical and foreseeable damages.
- Otherwise, liability for minor negligence is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
9. Changes and termination
- You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us.
- We may modify or discontinue the service or individual features with effect for the future.
- We will provide appropriate notice for material changes to these terms.
10. Governing law and contact
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
- Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
